Scientific objectivity and transparency are two fundamental principles that guide our research.
To achieve this, we follow scientific standards, such as Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) and Good Clinical Practice (GCP), which set the framework of how we conduct and document our research. We have quality and document management systems in place to achieve full traceability and reproducibility and we follow good documentation and archiving practices as required by GLP and GCP.
Our scientific standards also ensure that all results are taken into consideration and are published. We value negative results, which are consequently channeled back to our product development process to further improve our products and assist us in achieving the highest possible standards for our smoke-free products.
In line with our commitment to transparency, we always disclose funding information related to our scientific publications.
We also regularly invite visitors to our Research & Development facility in Neuchâtel. Over 1500 visitors were welcomed to during 2017. Come and take a look around our facilities via our virtual tour.
We encourage your questions through our social media channels and we try to answer these as quickly as possible.
