European Stroke Organisation and World Stroke Organization Conference (ESO-WSO 2020)
The European Stroke Organisation (ESO) is a pan-European society of stroke researchers and physicians, national and regional stroke societies and lay organisations that was founded in December 2007 while the World Stroke Organization (WSO) has a mission to reduce the global burden of stroke through prevention, treatment and long term care. WSO is approved by the World Health Organization (WHO) as a non-governmental organization for official relations.The Joint European Stroke Organisation and World Stroke Organization Conference (ESO-WSO 2020) is the first joint conference between the two organizations. The virtual conference will have over 600 presentations and over 1100 e-posters available for the participants to review. Although sessions will be released as timed in the programme, they will be available for participants to review for 3 months thereafter.

Reduced Risk Products ("RRPs”) is the term we use to refer to products that present, are likely to present, or have the potential to present less risk of harm to smokers who switch to these products versus continuing smoking. PMI has a range of RRPs in various stages of development, scientific assessment and commercialization. Our RRPs are smoke-free products that produce an aerosol that contains far lower quantities of harmful and potentially harmful constituents than found in cigarette smoke.
