Global Forum on Nicotine (GFN) 2016
This is a multi-stakeholder event that last year included participants from 44 countries. Participants comprised of policy analysts, regulators and standards experts, academics and researchers, parliamentarians, public health professionals, consumer advocates, and makers and distributors of alternative nicotine products – all with an interest in nicotine and its uses.
This year the agenda for the conference will be crafted to address 3 key issues: Evidence, Accountability and Transparency. The programme will follow the pattern set by previous events. There will be a mixture of plenary, parallel, workshop and satellite sessions, an exhibition of scientific posters, as well as plenty of opportunities to network informally, including during the pre-conference social event.
