Plant Biology is organized by the American Society of Plant Biologists (ASPB). ASPB is a professional society devoted to the advancement of the plant sciences. It publishes two world-class journals and organizes conferences, and other activities that are key to the advancement of the science.
From grad students to professionals with 20+ years of experience in plant biology, participants view the annual Plant Biology conference as a premier science event because of its perfect blend of research, education and networking opportunities. In San Jose more than 1,500 scientists from nearly 40 countries are expected to participate in the meeting.
Reduced Risk Products (“RRPs”) is the term we use to refer to products that present, are likely to present, or have the potential to present less risk of harm to smokers who switch to these products versus continuing smoking. PMI has a range of RRPs in various stages of development, scientific assessment and commercialization. Our RRPs are smoke-free products that produce an aerosol that contains far lower quantities of harmful and potentially harmful constituents than found in cigarette smoke.
