About Mikael Franzon
In my current position as a Senior Medical Advisor for Reduced Risk Products, I primarily work with Scientific Engagement and direct aspects of medical communication around RRPs from the preparation of medical communication strategy, approved communication and training materials for RRP markets, including scientific engagement with KOLS and identified organizations.
I have worked + 25 years in Pharmaceutical R&D and Medical Affairs with Pharmacia, JnJ, and Pfizer, and hold a Ph.D. in Neuropsychology with experience in Respiratory, Neuroscience, and Addiction Medicine. I also have Medical Affairs expertise as Clinical Program Lead for pivotal NRT clinical programs, which all led to US NDA submissions and approvals, including working as acting medical and scientific interface with FDA and other global health authorities.
