      Izoldi is Senior Manager Scientific Communications and joined PMI in 2006. She leads the company’s Open Science events and is responsible for pmiscience.com and developing scientific communication assets for various platforms and markets. She holds a PhD in Inorganic Chemistry from Imperial College, London, and was a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the University of Würzburg, Germany.

      Izoldi had held various roles at PMI, including as Quality Assurance Manager, Project Manager for the Good Laboratory Practices at PMI’s Research and Development center, and Senior Quality Systems and Audits Engineer. Prior to joining PMI, she worked in management consulting.

      Reduced Risk Products ("RRPs”) is the term we use to refer to products that present, are likely to present, or have the potential to present less risk of harm to smokers who switch to these products versus continuing smoking. PMI has a range of RRPs in various stages of development, scientific assessment and commercialization. All of our RRPs are smoke-free products that deliver nicotine with far lower quantities of harmful and potentially harmful constituents than found in cigarette smoke.
